B HONEY®, GIN, SMOKED ORANGE,
SMOKED CINNAMON AND THYME
Ingredients
40ml of B HONEY®
50ml of gin
A smoked orange slice
1 cinnamon stick
1 thyme stem
Method
Smoke the Orange slice with a culinary blow torch
In a mixing glass, add gin, B HONEY®, orange, cinnamon and ice
Shake vigorously with lots of ice
And pour it into a previously cooled martini glass
Garnish with the smoked Orange slice, cinnamon, thyme and serve
