B PASSION®, APEROL, ROSÉ BRUT, SPARKLING WATER AND GRAPEFRUIT
Ingredients
70ml of B PASSION®
50ml of Aperol
100ml of Rosé Brut
50ml of sparkling water
A slice of grapefruit
Method
In a wine glass add B PASSION® and the Aperol with a slice of grapefruit Shake the glass for 20 seconds.
Top it off with ice,add the sparkling wine and the sparkling water
Stir smoothly with a ballerina spoon
