Ingredients
30ml of B PURE®
40ml of B PASSION®
25ml of Tahiti lime
20ml of Simple Syrup
100ml of ginger Ale
100ml of ginger foam
A dash of Angostura Orange
1 dehydrated orange or 1 thyme
Method
Shake B PURE, B PASSION®, lime and simple syrup with lots of ice.
Pour it into a copper mug
Add ginger ale
Top it off with ginger foam
Put a dash of angostura Orange over the foam
Garnish with a dehydrated Orange
